Regan McGee’s Experience

Building Foundations

Before creating and founding Nobul, Regan McGee spent over two decades working in real estate, technology, and investments. 

After obtaining his real estate licence, Regan went on to structure large-scale real estate investment and development transactions at Sotheby’s International Real Estate Canada at Dundee Corporation, and Royal LePage, Johnston and Daniel Division at Brookfield Asset Management. 

Before developing Nobul, Regan McGee served as the President of real estate and private equity company McGee Capital, where he sourced and structured superior global real estate investment opportunities. At McGee Capital, he put together deals for some of the globe’s most sophisticated investors and arranged and solidified deals that were widely recognized as ‘once in a generation’ opportunities.

More Than Just Personal Experience

Regan McGee’s education experience includes studies at the University of Oxford, Queen’s University, and an ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. He is a licensed real estate broker and also holds a variety of certifications including the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from Moody’s Analytics, and the Canadian Securities Institute.

Regan McGee regularly gives back to the community as a member of the Board of Directors at Daily Food Bank and continues to make charitable contributions.
